我有一个非常类似的错误,但在ruby 1.9.3上.运行:

gem install debugger-linecache -v '1.1.2' -- --with-ruby-include=$rvm_path/src/ruby-1.9.3-p286/

我用简单的方法解决了类似的问题(将Ruby 1.9.3升级到2.0)

bundle update debugger

因此安装了宝石版1.6.0
