您的CPU管理被挂钩的原因是因为您的OnExecute事件处理程序实际上没有执行任何操作,因此每个连接线程都在有效地运行紧密循环,这不会为等待CPU时间的其他线程产生CPU时间片.您需要在该事件处理程序中进行一个让步操作.一旦你实现了你的实际命令,你就会处理这个让步ReadLn(),但是在你实现之前,你可以使用一个调用IndySleep(),例如:
