对我来说，答案如下（由Lazarus在评论中提供，但尚未返回发布作为答案）：

1. 启动Internet信息服务（IIS）管理器。
2. 打开“ 站点”文件夹，然后选择有问题的站点。
3. 右键点击它，然后选择管理网站，然后高级设置...
4. 在出现的弹出窗口中，我在“ 启用的协议”行中输入了http。
5. 关闭弹出窗口，然后重新启动站点，仅此而已。固定！
