您可能正在Android Target 16上预览屏幕.尝试使用Android Target 15 for Graphic Layout Editor(顶部的Android图标,在ADT 20中).看起来Android Target 16存在问题.

注意:您并不需要设置该项目的目标只是目标在图形布局编辑器.
