wamp服务器在本地被拒绝？

我刚刚将Wamp Server 2安装到我的电脑上.我无法访问phpmyadmin,甚至无法访问根目录下的index.php,它全部给出403 Forbidden.

我也尝试从alias.conf更改权限它不起作用.
