您应该在select语句中创建UserProject实例而不是匿名对象.

 select new UserProject 
            {
                ProjectId = pcup.ProjectId,
                UserID = pcup.UserId,
                ProjectName = pcup.ProjectName,
                ProjectDescription = pcup.ProjectDescription, 
                Messages = pm
            }
