乍一看，我想说SOAP 1.2不是SOAP 1.1（PHP 的默认值）。对于 1.2 服务，请使用：

$s = new SoapServer(DOCROOT.'wsdls/IShopClientWS.wsdl', 
        array('soap_version' => SOAP_1_2));

另外，运输应该是"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"AFAIK，而不是http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap/bindings/HTTP/。
