你试图让GridBagLayout做太多,而应该使用嵌套的JPanel来实现这一点.让中心JPanel使用GridBagLayout,当然,让它由另一个使用BorderLayout的JPanel持有.将中心面板添加到BorderLayout.CENTER位置,将JLabel添加到主BorderLayout - 使用JPanel的BorderLayout.NORTH或BorderLayout.PAGE_START位置.还要确保JLabel已设置为以文本为中心显示.

此外,从Swing线程的角度来看,你的代码看起来很危险.这个非停止循环Thread.sleep(...)似乎是在Swing事件线程或EDT上调用的,这可能会导致应用程序冻结.考虑使用SwingWorker来允许在后台线程上调用此代码.
