我不想把这个作为答案 - 但我已经搬到了一台新笔记本电脑，自从 @Vorspire 的答案 - 我只是尝试了一个简单的提交。有效。

我在我的新笔记本电脑上运行 TortoiseSVN 1.7.6。

另外 - 只是根据 @Lazy Badger 的回复进行检查 - 我仍然没有尾随的“/” - 所以......我想这是版本和“在我的机器上运行”的答案。
