我找到了一个解决方法:添加numpy到setup_requires.拥有它setup_requires并且install_requires似乎与最新版本的工作正常setuptools.

所以,你setup.py应该看起来像

除非您有权访问 numpy 的二进制发行版（预编译/构建），否则您必须拥有可用的 python 标头，因为它需要它们来构建 numpy。这就是为什么大多数包管理器都附带这些包的预编译版本。例如apt-get install python-numpy，您可以将其链接到您的 virtualenv 中，当您尝试使用它安装程序时，install_requires=['numpy']应该会看到它已经安装。
