我今天遇到了同样的问题,我最终设法解决了这个问题:你只需要删除文件%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\EWSoftware\Sandcastle Help File Builder\Cache夹中的缓存文件.

(注意:由于您的问题与TeamCity有关,因此可能是文件位于TeamCity数据文件夹中)
