您已@ManagedBean通过<managed-bean>声明覆盖了该声明faces-config.xml,但该<managed-bean>声明具有不同的托管bean名称,bean而不是upload.

你基本上有3个选择:

使用#{bean}而不是#{upload}在您的视图.
重命名<managed-bean-name>在faces-config.xml从bean到upload让你可以使用#{upload}你的看法.
<managed-bean>完全摆脱,以便@ManagedBean使用.托管bean名称默认为bean类名称,第一个字符小写,因此#{upload}应该工作.

对于其余的,您与Java命名约定不一致.请继续努力.包名称应全部为小写,类名应为CamelCase,并以大写字母开头.
