以上配置失败

使用Http403ForbiddenEntryPoint创建一个bean

<beans:bean id="http403EntryPoint" class="org.springframework.security.web.authentication.Http403ForbiddenEntryPoint">
    </beans:bean>

并在<http>中引用它
