该查询返回用户的所有行，并tweets_comment_tbl根据中的条件进行联接ON。如果没有记录tweets_comment_tbl与用户ID匹配，则该记录users仍包含在记录集中。INNER JOIN如果您只想查看带有评论的用户，则可能需要。

我认为几乎总是可以避免的RIGHT JOIN；查询LEFT JOIN更容易阅读和理解。
