互连案例的唯一 ID

我的方法有两个问题：

1. 从输出中可以看到，它无法识别案例 5 属于组 1；
2. 最后的循环速度慢得令人痛苦，这对于我的原始数据中 1M 行的用例来说毫无用处，并且传统的:=方式不适用于which()

我不确定我的方法是否可以优化，或者是否有更好的方法来完成此操作。

此功能已存在于 中igraph，因此如果您不需要自己执行此操作，我们可以从您的数据框架构建一个图表，然后提取集群成员资格。stack()只是将命名向量转换为数据帧的简单方法。
