无法使用 pip 在 M1 macOS 上安装 uWSGI

PATH="/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.9/bin:${PATH}"

显然这是基于英特尔的Python。所以我将其注释掉，并从 python.org 安装了通用 python3.9，一切都得到了修复。
