这个输出有两个问题:

• echo-ed sweave代码忽略列环境并跨越两列

• 任何一个图形的列边距都非常宽

• 至于第一个问题,简单的方法是设置keep.source=TRUESweaveOpts.有关更精细的控制,请参阅fancyvrbSweave手册的常见问题解答#9.
• 图的宽度可以设置为 \setkeys{Gin}{width=1.0\textwidth}
