无法将现有项目链接到 Google Play Console API

由于我是 Google Play Console 帐户的所有者，因此我唯一缺少的就是为现有项目启用 Google Play Developer API：

1)在项目主屏幕的搜索框中输入“Google Play Developer API” 。

2）然后点击“Google Play Android Developer API”搜索结果：
