我通过自制软件安装了 Python3，但 Xcode 12 在周末更新并在我的机器上劫持了它。无论 Python 3 的 Xcode 安装包含什么，它还会尝试设置包含 ARM 架构的 CFLAGS - 这会导致错误。

如果你运行python3 -m sysconfig它会输出一个巨大的变量列表。对它们进行扫描，如果它指向你的 XCode 安装的 python 而不是你的一个，/usr/local/{wherever brew installed version 3.x of python}那么它可能是同样的问题。

我最终通过以下方式解决了这个问题：

为这个项目停用我的 virtualenv
删除项目的 virtualenv 文件夹
