我有 ssh 设置~/.config/ssh而不是默认设置~/.ssh。
每次我执行git pullor时git push，我都会收到以下消息：

Failed to add the host to the list of known hosts (/Users/username/.ssh/known_hosts).
输入yes后，下一步添加主机失败known_hosts，但操作 (git pull和git push) 成功完成。
操作完成后没有~/.ssh（因此也没有）。~/.ssh/known_hosts
我已知的主机文件的位置是：~/.config/ssh/known_hosts。
我已经做了：
ssh -o UserKnownHostsFile=~/.config/ssh/known_hosts -T git@github.com
和
eval $(ssh-agent)
ssh-add -K ~/.config/ssh/id_rsa
还使用 .ssh 将 SSH 密钥添加到我的 github 配置文件中pbcopy < ~/.config/ssh/id_rsa.pub。

“身份文件”行末尾的“-1”表示 SSH 找不到要使用的文件。
我修改了 这个答案，以便全局配置私钥：
git config --global core.sshCommand "ssh -i $HOME/.config/ssh/id_rsa -o UserKnownHostsFile=$HOME/.config/ssh/known_hosts -F /dev/null"
