不再支持 Python 2.7 opencv-python-4.3.0.38。支持被放弃了4.3.0.36；看到这个问题。

我找到了解决办法是安装opencv-python版本4.2.0.32（这是支持Python 2.7版最新的，看到这对所有版本）是这样的：

pip2 install opencv-python==4.2.0.32
