如何解决 vue-cli-service: not found proplem on heroku？

我通过运行解决了这个问题：

heroku config:set NPM_CONFIG_PRODUCTION=false YARN_PRODUCTION=false

这篇Reddit 帖子和Heroku 的 Skip 修剪说明对我很有帮助。结果我的小 vue 应用程序不需要访问devDependencies. 我不确定这是否是最合适的做法，但它解决了我的问题。
