为什么需要这个？
ListView总是尝试填充父元素给出的所有可用空间。因此，假设父级是一个列，那么我们知道该列占用最大可用高度，因此如果您的列表较长，那么您就会遇到问题，因为没有足够的可用空间。如果列表较小，那么它会尝试填充可用空间，即使它不能。
使用shrinkWrap: true，您可以更改此行为，以便 ListView 只占用它需要的空间（当有更多项目时它仍然会滚动）。
问题是您将GridViewColumn/Row放在里面。异常中的文本很好地解释了错误。
为避免错误，您需要为GridView内部提供尺寸。
我建议你使用一个 Expanded 来通知水平尺寸（最大可用）和 SizedBox（可能是一个容器）的高度的代码：
