在https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/tensorrt/install-guide/index.html的 TensorRT 安装部分，有这句话：

需要使用 Debian 或 RPM 软件包安装 CUDA Toolkit 和 cuDNN

如果您使用 deb 文件安装 CUDA 工具包和 cuDNN，则应解决未满足的依赖项错误。

注意：安装前请检查您要安装的 Ubuntu、CUDA 和 cuDNN 的版本。在下面的安装提示中使用了 CUDA 10.2 和 cuDNN 7.6.5。这是针对 TensorRT 7.0.0 进行的测试。

CUDA .deb 安装

CUDNN .deb 安装

首先下载 .deb 文件：

1. 适用于 Ubuntu18.04 (Deb) 的 cuDNN 开发人员库
2. 适用于 Ubuntu18.04 (Deb) 的 cuDNN 运行时库

之后安装下载的软件包：

sudo dpkg -i libcudnn7_7.6.5.32-1+cuda10.2_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i libcudnn7-dev_7.6.5.32-1+cuda10.2_amd64.deb
