当 EF 生成更新语句时，它提供一个匹配表上定义的所有键和并发列的 where 子句。如果查询没有精确影响一行，则会引发该异常。

因此，要么您绑定的 Employee 对象缺少键或并发字段，要么另一个用户在您背后更改了并发字段。

您可以启用 sql 语句的日志记录来检查正在生成的查询，以确认问题的原因。
