目前没有networkx支持分层布局的功能,更不用说如图所示的可视化。所以我们需要自己滚动。

以下实现LayeredNetworkGraph假设您有一个[g1, g2, ..., gn]代表不同层的图形列表。在一个层内,相应的(子)图定义了连通性。层与层之间,如果后续层中的节点具有相同的节点ID,则它们是连接的。

由于没有布局函数 (AFAIK) 可以在三个维度上计算节点位置,并对层内的节点施加平面性约束,我们使用了一个小技巧:我们创建一个跨所有层的图组合,计算二维位置,然后将这些位置应用到所有层中的节点。可以使用平面性约束计算真正的力导向布局,但这需要大量工作,而且由于您的示例仅使用了壳布局(不会受到影响),因此我没有打扰。在许多情况下,差异很小。
