在处理 udp 输入流时，我看到以下实时流的加扰输出。我正在使用最近从 GIT 下载的 ffmpeg。ffmpeg 命令的停止和启动暂时解决了问题。

UDP 数据包可能会丢失或重新排序，这会导致“缺少参考图片”错误和“扰乱”视频输出。或者 ffmpeg 无法实时解码流，因此会跳过一些数据包。
