这肯定是服务器的问题。服务器正在区分大小写地处理两个标头X-Reference-Id和X-Target-Environment（即，它不符合 RFC）。

Dartio.HttpClient强制标头变为小写，因此这会影响package:http并且package:dio两者都依赖于它。有一个请求允许客户端保留标头的大小写，但由于这是一个重大更改，因此进展缓慢。
