不调用 addOnScrollListener 的 RecyclerView onScrolled 方法，只调用一次

我正在RecyclerView通过添加addOnScrollListener功能来实现分页逻辑。

面临的问题：

onScrolled当 RecyclerView 适配器加载dy值为 0 时，该方法被调用一次。但是，当列表滚动时到达其末尾时，该onScrolled方法不会被触发，而onScrollStateChanged正确触发。

另一种方法是检查回收器是否可以垂直滚动，如果不能，则意味着它已到达底部。
