如果您从 ASP.NET-Core 2.x 迁移到 3.x，由于 ASP.NET-Core 3.0 及更高版本，Microsoft.NET.Sdk.WebMSBuild SDK 不再自动包含Microsoft.Extensions.FileProviders.EmbeddedNuGet 包。

Microsoft.Extensions.FileProviders.Embedded 需要明确添加。
