Flutter，Gradle 除了在 https 上不起作用

我下载了Git，下载了Flutter（并将flutter sdk的路径添加到用户路径中），我下载了Android studio，然后安装了flutter和dart插件。

升级到 flutter 1.17 后，我也遇到了同样的问题

将此添加到 android->build.gradle->allprojects->repositories 解决了该问题。
