我解决了这个问题，添加<flattenMode>bom</flattenMode>到<configuration>我的模块中仅包含dependencyManagement部分的部分。

根据Maven Flatten 插件文档

选项 bom 与 ossrh 类似，但还保留 dependencyManagement 和属性。特别是，它将保持 dependencyManagement 原样，而不解决父级影响和导入范围的依赖关系。如果您的 POM 表示 BOM（物料清单）并且您不想按原样部署它（以删除父级并解析版本变量等），则这非常有用。
