我个人使用并推荐pyenv来管理 Python 版本。起初我不确定如何解决这个问题，并尝试brew按照此处的建议重新安装。但是，然后我回忆起我曾经pyenv安装过，所以我能够修复我的错误。

pyenv install -f 2.7.15

-f即使该版本已存在于您的系统中，该选项也会强制安装该版本。您需要使用2.7.16或您希望使用的任何版本。

在python-build该pyenv应用将使用openssl图书馆的brew，如果它是可用的。
