Android 10 添加了新的权限要求来执行 BLE 扫描和检测 BLE 信标——任何应用设置targetSdkVersion 29或更高版本都需要获得如下所述的权限，否则将不会检测到任何信标。（如果您设置targetSdkVersion 28或更早，这些新要求在 Android 10 上运行时不适用，因为 Android 会自动授予权限。这允许旧应用程序在升级到 Android 10 后继续运行而不受影响。）
