对我有用的是

1. brew uninstall 列出的所有 openssl 和 python 包 brew list

2. brew install python3

3. sudo ln -s /usr/local/bin/python3 /usr/local/bin/python 和 sudo ln -s /usr/local/bin/pip3 /usr/local/bin/pip

4. 使用 Google Cloud SDK 安装程序安装 gcloud https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/downloads-interactive

您在上面两个示例中使用的两个 Python 版本是不同的。您使用的第一个 Python 是 2.7.15：

File "/usr/local/Cellar/python@2/2.7.15/...

第二个是 2.7.10：

Python 2.7.10 (default, Feb 22 2019, 21:55:15)

看起来您的 Python 2.7.15 安装没有正确安装 hashlib （这可能是由于安装过程中的 OpenSSL 问题等造成的）。如果我不得不猜测，Cloud SDK install.sh 脚本会查找python可执行文件，并且python可能指向损坏的 2.7.15 安装，而python2可能指向系统上的 2.7.10 安装。
