您当前的引导程序代码不完整。 /node_modules/bootstrap/scss/vendor/_rfs.scss丢失，因为.gitignore规则阻止任何供应商文件夹进行版本控制。

1. 在您的.gitignore 中，将vendor行替换为vendor/bundle

2. 运行npm install bootstrap以覆盖当前版本
