我遇到了同样的问题。这一切似乎都源于libssl1.1包装的问题。升级系统似乎可以解决问题：

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

可能还要等一下。有时我被问到是否接受 Ubuntu 附带的新版本的配置文件，我回答是 ( Y)。
