你似乎有两个不同的问题:

1. 你$PATH可能已经离开了,或者正如乔希暗示的那样,你的$R_HOME任务是错误的.如果make确实是Rtools中的二进制文件,并且您分配的路径是正确的,则构建成功.这是在Windows上构建R包的一般规则:非常努力地遵循手册,它将起作用.

2. 在Windows上,RInside被打破了,抱歉.它将构建,您将获得段错误.Romain和我在文档中清楚地说明了这一点.

由于Romain和我几乎专门在OS X和Linux上工作,我们希望得到调试帮助.它应该是可行的,但它可能需要一些严肃的意愿来了解R内部因为内存子系统中的东西变得瘫痪.这显然不适用于名称中带有X的操作系统.

我在工作中有类似的设置,所以我给了它一个镜头.我可以在指定之后构建示例R_LIBS_SITE.请注意,它必须是Windows路径,而不是Cygwin路径!
