Spring Boot / actuator返回404找不到

Spring Boot Actuator URL 通过 SpringBoot Releases 更改，最初我们可以使用https://localhost:8080/actuator访问 Actuator URL

在 springboot 2.0.0 的早期里程碑版本中，URL 是https://localhost:8080/application

现在当前的 springboot 版本可以通过https://localhost:8080/actuator 访问
