在尝试运行cmake命令之前，您的 Dockerfile 需要安装 Protobuf 。

RUN apt-get update && apt-get -y install cmake

应该：

RUN apt-get update && apt-get -y install cmake protobuf-compiler

在代码的开头包含这一行并且它起作用了。

RUN apt install -y libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler

发生了许多与此类似的其他错误...大多数情况下，解决方案是相同的，只是更改了要安装的软件包的名称。
