File->Import (android-sdk\extras\android\support\v7)。选择“AppCompat” Project-> properties->Android。在部分库中添加并选择“AppCompat”

如果上述方法不起作用，请尝试以下另一种选择

首先检查您是否使用 Androidx，然后执行以下操作

消除

implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'
implementation 'com.android.support:design:28.0.0'

添加这个

implementation 'androidx.appcompat:appcompat:1.0.2'
implementation 'com.google.android.material:material:1.1.0-alpha08'

检查您gradel.properties是否添加了这两行，如果未添加则添加这一行

android.useAndroidX=true
android.enableJetifier=true

然后清理并重建项目一次
