webpack 捆绑文件但 index.js 未运行

我有一个 index.js 文件，它导入我的 CSS 和一些包，但是在捆绑所有内容并启动服务器后，我注意到 index.js 没有运行。我console.log在 index.js 中做了一个简单的事情，但没有达到。

我webpack.config从以前工作正常的项目中复制了我的文件内容，所以我不确定它是文件结构/路径错误还是什么不是。有什么想法吗？

1 - webpack 编译并输出为：'./SiteAssets/scripts/RecruitmentTracking.js'

2 - HtmlWebpackPlugin，然后将读取模板文件'./src/index.html'，并将RecruitmentTracking.js脚本注入正文中。

3 - 然后，将结果输出到dist/RecruitmentTracking.txt

除了文件是 .txt 而不是 .html 之外，我没有看到任何问题。并且显然不会被浏览器解释。
