我可以看到 Security 不在bundles.php 文件中。那么我该如何添加呢？它能解决问题吗？或者我需要做别的事情吗？

看来 security-bundle 的安装并没有自动在bundles.php 中添加bundle security 行。

我通过手动添加该行解决了这个问题：
