从您的Heroku构建显示输出，你有一个Pipfile和Pipfile.lock除了你requirements.txt。

您需要在 using pip(using requirements.txt) 或 Pipenv ( using Pipfileand Pipfile.lock)之间进行选择。如果所有三个文件都存在，Heroku 将使用 Pipenv 安装，而忽略您的requirements.txt文件。
