更新到 macOS 10.15 Catalina 时，我遇到了类似的问题。我去了系统偏好设置 -> 安全和隐私 -> 辅助功能，在这里我删除了我的应用程序，然后再次添加它。在此之后，一切正常。

我还发现，虽然它被要求允许您的脚本访问系统事件，但如果您的脚本名称中有空格，则不会将其添加到安全和隐私中。我一直在努力解决这个问题，直到我用下划线替换了空格。然后它被添加到这里并且工作正常。
