我有同样的问题，npm rebuild node-sass命令没有为我工作。原因是 npm 缓存。如果清除缓存，问题将得到解决。

步骤如下：

• 删除节点模块 rm -rf node_modules/
• 移除缓存 npm cache clean --force
• 验证缓存已移除 npm cache verify
• npm install
