对我有用的是将更新网址中的“http：”更改为“https：”。

IE 将“ http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz ”更改为“ https://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0 .2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz ”

不知道为什么这使它对我有用。我正在运行 Linux Mint 19.1。
