请记住，SBT是recuersive -这意味着，SBT使用SBT来建立的SBT用于构建您的项目。

您看到的eviction 警告不是针对您的主项目，而是针对元项目！
您可以通过使用evicted命令在meta项目中运行命令来进行检查reload plugins。
（我将使用sbt作为shell而不是批处理命令执行程序，这对于开发来说是更好，更快的方法）。
