我已经在 redhat 服务器系统中安装了 conda 和 anaconda。当我使用 root 用户运行 jupyter 时：

    jupyter notebook --port 8889 --allow-root --no-browser

一切似乎都没问题，jupyter 成功运行。

如果您从其他设备（不是本地主机）连接到 Jupyter 服务器，则需要允许外部 IP 地址。您可以通过指定以下方式来执行此操作：

--ip=0.0.0.0 or --ip=*

如果您希望仅限制对 IP 白名单的访问，也可以在此处指定（或在 jupyter_notebook_config.py 文件中）

尝试： jupyter notebook --port 8889 --allow-root --no-browser --ip=0.0.0.0
