我有同样的问题,似乎Google repo缺少这种依赖.我检查了存储库,gms文件夹不包含任何已发布的版本.

因此,作为快速修复,我添加了另一个存储库,它有:

    maven { url 'https://dl.bintray.com/android/android-tools' }
}

编辑:由于这只是一个临时解决方案,我认为它是一种解决方法,所以我能够继续开发.稍后当Google存储库包含依赖项或我们知道它们移动它的位置时,我将删除此依赖性.
